Oxford ULL team held the third community workshop on Saturday, 6 September 2025, hosted at Oxford Brookes University. Local residents and stakeholders came together to reimagine Florence Park as a more liveable and inclusive neighbourhood.

The morning featured lightning presentations from project stakeholders Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council, followed by interactive sessions where participants explored virtual reality visualisations of proposed interventions.

In the afternoon, the group moved to Florence Park for an augmented reality experience, projecting design scenarios into three focus areas. The day concluded with a feedback session, demonstrating the value of VR and AR technologies in fostering dialogue, strengthening engagement, and supporting co-creation in urban planning.
