ENACT 15 mC

On July 3, 2025, another workshop was held, during which participants worked on a preliminary concept for transforming the post-shipyard areas towards a 15-minute city. Together, they developed recommendations for the layout of public spaces and proposed locations for key service clusters (both social and commercial), taking into account their accessibility, role, and character within the future structure of the Young City.
